Speaker, I do not know what measures the Cabinet Secretary is going to put in place because propaganda is ahead of us. What people in Kenya are lacking is the right information on SHA. Truth be told, SHA is working. The information they have been given is that SHA is supposed to pay for all the bills that a patient incurs, which is not the case. It is important that they get to know exactly how much SHA pays and what they are supposed to top up. Secondly, teachers and police officers are really complaining and I get their complaints. If there are people who can easily finish SHA and propagate very fast, it is the teachers. This is because a majority of them are chairpersons in most of the meetings in our villages.
