    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we know that in most Ministries, when they are recruiting, they indicate in the Press that they are going to recruit so many people in a district. But in that one, they did not indicate the number of people to be recruited. Even the recruiting officers who were at the venue did not tell the people: “We are going to recruit this number.” They just went ahead with the exercise and picked a certain number. So, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am asking for the list of the recruits per districts so that we can be sure there was fairness. Secondly, we want to know whether the people who were picked at the venue are the ones who actually reported at the headquarters or whether others were added later. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was not mad when I asked this Question. He says he cannot answer it because it is a security matter. I have even taken the trouble to go to the Minister’s office and I was not able to access his office! On this score, I will say that the Minister’s office should be removed from the Department of Defense Headquarters to another venue where hon. Members can access him easily."
