Speaker, I rise under Standing Order No.44(2)(c), to request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure regarding progress made in tarmacking of the Wajir-Griftu- Eldas-Buna-Bute-Moyale-Ethiopia (A14) International Trunk Road managed by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA). The Wajir-Griftu-Eldas-Buna-Bute-Moyale-Ethiopia Road is part of the A14 designated International Trunk Road.
