Measures the Government is taking to ensure that the residents of Soy Constituency are granted a fair opportunity to participate in the ongoing recruitment of Kenya prisons constables by undertaking the exercise at a venue within Soy Constituency. 2. A report on the circumstances surrounding the selection of 64 Stadium in Turbo Constituency as the venue for the recruitment of Kenya Prisons Service officers from the Soy Constituency. 3. Steps taken by the selection panel prior to publishing the advertisement including providing evidence on the public participation and engagement with the stakeholders if any. I thank you, Hon.
