    "content": " Hon. Speaker, you must protect the Members and encourage them by allowing them to push their Bills through to the end. In addition, Bills are taking unnecessarily too long to be processed even in our own committees. For instance, the Budget and Appropriations Committee might be overwhelmed by work. Some Bills even stay there for almost six months before one is invited to present them. I do not want to say something is wrong, but it is clear that something is not working correctly."
