    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member has on a previous occasion advised me on the desirability of amending this statute to allow some limited form of attachment of Government assets. I have initiated the process of consultation and I believe that within the term of this Parliament, we will be able to arrive at some amicable solution. In the meantime, I have instructed my officers to prepare a Cabinet Paper that will outline the nature of the debt that the Government faces in respect of all these pending judgments with a view to receiving the consent of the Cabinet and, indeed, of the Government, to arrive at solutions once and for all."
