    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. In view of your Communication and the progress report from the Chair, I am just reminded of what we did on 29th April, 2009 because we passed a Motion that basically allowed the Government to draw from the Consolidated Fund an amount that was for all intents and purposes erroneous. I am, therefore, asking you to guide us on whether it is not necessary for us to have a Motion before this House that will basically rescind that decision so that whereas we know that the Appropriation Bill might be capturing the right figure, it should not be founded on the wrong decision in the first place."
