    "content": " It is true that we want to appreciate the work of the Cabinet Secretary on matters related to the requested parliamentary statements. Hon. Lekuton, Member of Parliament for Laisamis Constituency, had requested a statement, and the following are the submissions: The first question requested a comprehensive report detailing the project implementation matrix from inception to accomplishment, key milestones, and the number of turbines KenGen intends to install. The project is located within Loiyangalani and North Horr Wards. KenGen conducted a comprehensive technical feasibility study between 2020 and 2023 through the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) as an interested financier. Several critical factors, including resource availability, minimum environmental impact, proximity to existing infrastructure and robust community engagement, guided the site selection.
