"content": "communities. The Questioner is saying that the community has the requisite expertise to sit down and negotiate these things. The first thing you do when you want to do a project is negotiate about the land or location of the project. You do not say “we are waiting for an agreement,” or rather “the registration of the piece of land,” much later, when you are into the process. It is community land. I am sure there is a way you can deal with the community, the lawful and rightful owners, to allow this project to take place on their birthright or asset. Then you proceed from there. If the Questioner agrees, I suggest that we give him ample time. I do not know how many weeks he needs to ask all these pertinent Questions. That is so that he is not ambushed again when you are not well prepared. Hon. Lekuton, you have six Questions here. Is there anything else that you want to raise?"
