    "content": " It is not cents but Ksh83 per kWh. Geothermal Development Company (GDC), through KenGen, gives us power at four cents per kWh. These are some of the issues we want to look into, and whether these agreements should come before Parliament before they are assented to or signed by the Ministry and the players. This will give Parliament a voice on the cost of power by IPPs and many other issues that the Committee raised. Hopefully, we will table that Report as soon as we return from recess."
