    "content": "40(3), being a Wednesday morning, a day allocated for business not sponsored by the majority or minority party or business sponsored by a committee. Hon. Deputy Speaker, it is clear from the Order Paper that businesses at Orders No. 9, 11, 13 and 14 do not fall under provisions of Standing Order 40(3). Today being a Wednesday morning, business is reserved for Private Members’ Motions and Bills. These are very important matters that we have to discuss this morning in view of the fact that today we proceed on recess until the House resumes. It is for this reason that I urge the House to allow we exempt these four businesses on the Order Paper from the provisions of the Standing Orders on the Private Members' Bills and Motions that are to be moved this morning so that we can deal with the four matters. With those remarks, I beg to move. I request Hon. Cynthia Muge, the woman Member of Parliament representative for Nandi County, to second."
