    "content": "On question two, regarding steps taken by the Ministry to ensure completion and the expected timelines for its completion, the project was completed on 21st March 2021 and commissioned on 14th April 2023. The construction is 100 per cent complete. The project was handed over to Machakos County Government, and is operated by Mavoko Water and Sanitation Company in line with the Water Act, 2016."
