    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I have been waiting, though I do not know why it was not indicated there. Thank you for allowing me to add my voice to this important debate concerning the motorbike riders. More than 2,000,000 young Kenyans are in that sector and are doing some serious business. I support this because it enables our young people to earn a living and has, in a way, also helped the economy. When you go to villages, especially the remotest parts of this country like Marsabit and other places where vehicles cannot reach, motorbikes are of great help to the people. Even at night, when mothers want to deliver and cannot get vehicles, those bodaboda riders come and help by taking them to hospital to get medical attention while, at the same time, earning a living."
