    "content": "In many families, motorbike riders have suffered in the past simply because they have been targeted. In areas with high insecurity, bodaboda riders have been targeted and have, in some cases, lost their lives. We must come up with ways to secure their lives and make sure that we have laws in place to ensure their safety, even when riding at night. Again, we must ensure that they receive enough training. Due to the demand, many of them just train themselves and then go into the business. We need to ensure that NTSA comes up with proper ways of training them and even give them certificates.
