    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, during the incident, Mungiki adherents tricked the young men from the village to come out of their houses to keep vigil overnight not knowing that the callers were Mungiki followers planning to attack them. They then set up a trap for the young men and killed 18 of them while four died while undergoing treatment at Karatina hospital. Another Seven local youth were killed by Mungiki at Kiaruhiu Village. The young men who were used to luring the locals to the killing site went into hiding. This is a very sad story. That is why my voice is drowning. The names of those young men includes Jame Gichuru Murimi alias Rasta, Patrick Karanja alias Soldier, Jacob Muchira Jangu alias Kanu, John Gichuru, Samuel Njoroge, Muriithi Paleko, Muriithi W. Gathethu and Michael Michuki."
