    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I wish to ask the Prime Cabinet Secretary about Kenyans registering themselves at the Kenyan Embassy in Saudi Arabia. Apparently, of all the problems we see emanating from different regions, Saudi Arabia is the worst. How much registration takes place? Secondly, we signed a labour agreement with some of these countries. Why would they confiscate travel documents or passports from Kenyans, if they are legally in those countries? Thank you, Hon.
