I do not have a metre of tarmac in my constituency and many other constituencies are like that. Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, we should avoid crowding this so that we do not defeat the very purpose for which it was meant in the first place. In law, it is the spirit and the object of the framers of that piece of legislation. It is not just the face value of the law or the practice. So, what is the Ministry doing to make sure that hardship areas are also brought up to speed with the rest of the country so that they do not remain hardship forever?
