    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The current criterion is very discriminative. My constituency borders Isiolo, Laikipia East, and Laikipia North. I would like the Cabinet Secretary to use the same criteria to determine where Buuri lies, because we are neighbours. The other side is gazetted as a hardship area, and in the opposite side, which is Buuri, 50 per cent is a hardship area.
