My concern, however, is that when we have this policy that has been worked out for implementation, is it also associated with redistribution of staff, particularly teachers? This is because if you do this new system and you gazette new areas and degazette some, it does not automatically change the staffing. Is there also a policy that will come together with staffing so that we do not have the old disparities existing? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
