Member and I also empathize with the hospital administration because we are caught between the rock and a hard place, whereby the hospital must meet its cost by recovering the expenses and at the same time the poor family must also get help by receiving the body. This is a case where somebody will have to come and guarantee the credit for the family and then arrangements be made to pay the bill over time so that the body can be released to the relatives. That is the only sane arrangement that the hon. Member may make to the family so that they can bury the dead with decency."
