We expected the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning, and the Cabinet Secretary for Education. However, this morning, we received a letter from the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning indicating that he will not be in a position to attend this Session, as he has other official engagements. Therefore, Question No.034 by Sen.
