(2) What measures has the Ministry put in place to address TSC’s low absorption rate of teachers, particularly those who have remained jobless since 2010? (3) Could the Cabinet Secretary outline any collaborative efforts between the Ministry of Education and TSC to ensure teacher employment across all regions, particularly addressing disparities where some counties have higher numbers of unemployed teachers, and to promote fairness and equity in recruitment?"
