Since the Cabinet Secretary was still speaking on this issue of TSC, I felt this would be the appropriate time. So, I want to appreciate this opportunity. So, I welcome the Cabinet Secretary for the chance to interact with the representatives of the people. I have a specific question with regards to TSC. It is something that you could probably answer now, or grant an opportunity to send in the feedback later, given that it will require some data. I know that the TSC has an absorption programme spanning different years in different regions and part of the hallmarks of the Broad-Based Government is to equalize a country and make every Kenyan feel part and parcel.
