    "content": "The reason for this is for us to avoid a situation where outsiders go into the schools to train our students. When that happens, you do not have control over them because they do not subscribe to the code of conduct of teachers. So, if something happens, then you have no control over that. We are also creating facilities in schools that will be undertaking that particular pathway. We will have theatres and studios. For schools that will be providing sports, we are working with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports to ensure that those schools have enough sports facilities to provide that particular subject. It will not be something that people will not benefit from. We are working on it, and it will be part and parcel of the job evaluations."
