Senators, I wish to report to the Senate that pursuant to Standing Order No.46 (3) and 5, I have received the following Message from the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the passage by the National Assembly of the County Governments Additional Allocations Bill (National Assembly Bill No.2 of 2025). The Message, dated Thursday, 24th April, 2025, was received in the Office of the Clerk of the Senate on the same date while the Senate was on recess. It was subsequently circulated to all Senators via a letter dated 25th April, 2025."
