    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.159 (1) of the Senate, to withdraw the County Statistics Bill (Senate Bills No.5 of 2024), which is appearing in today's Order Paper as Order No.12. The reason for the withdrawal of this Bill is to allow for further consultation with stakeholders with a view to develop a comprehensive framework that addresses concerns at both the national Government and county government levels.
