Why is it that we have Mr. Leonard Ouma as an Acting Director for Internal Audit and Risk? Why is it that we have Mr. Evans Mutai as an Acting Director in charge of Currency Operations Department? Why is it that we have Mr. Matu Mugo Acting Director in charge of Banking Supervision? Why are these people acting yet there is a board there? Why can they not make a decision? They need to confirm somebody in the management, so that they can act with authority."
