    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I finish my contribution, I would like to pay tribute to the CBK Board of Directors who are leaving. I want to thank Nelius Kariuki, Ravi Ruparel, Samson Cherutich, and Rachel Dzombo. They did a good job when they were there. I am saying so because it was during their time that the management of the CBK brought in a loan process that allowed for relief during the COVID-19 period between 2020 and 2021. We will not forget that they came through for us."
