    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to inform His Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs that we need to move forward in terms of reforms. It is already happening in other jurisdictions, where there is live broadcast of Cabinet meetings. This is pointing out to the fact that these are not personalised institutions. This secrecy that even Parliament used to have, hiding things like Committee proceedings, have now been done away with. We have now moved on. Why is the Presidency not getting into the mood of reforms? This is what we are saying!"
