    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Under Standing Order No.56, the chairpersons are supposed to report on progress made within the three months. The Senator for Mandera County who seems to have benefited from a visit by the committee, is giving us a report on the visit. However, the report that he is giving us does not form part of the content of the report brought by the committee. So, whose report are we going to believe; the report by the chairperson or by him?"
