Even prior to making a courtesy call or a visit to inform the governor, in most cases, impromptu visits provide the actual experience that you would get, rather than having a planned session then they direct you to places where they have programmed the experiences you would get when you visit a facility. Otherwise, I encourage Members of the Committee on Health to continue carrying out visits to the counties."
