    "content": " I wish to report to the Senate that pursuant to Standing Order No.46(3), I received the following Message from the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the passage, by the National Assembly, of the Social Protection Bill (National Assembly Bills No.12 of 2025). The Message, dated Wednesday 30th April, 2025, was received in the office of the Clerk of the Senate on Tuesday 6th May, 2025. Pursuant to Standing Order No.46(4), I now report the Message.
