They formed an ad hoc committee of 17 Members to try and see whether they can streamline and consolidate education funding into one centralize unitary scheme known as the National Basic Education Fund, so that we work towards attaining steps of making sure that every Kenyan has a right to education as provided in Articles43, 53 and 55."
