    "content": "Hon. Members, I have considered the matters canvassed by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance. I have also noted that the Joint Committee which was directed to inquire into matters relevant to the issues raised by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance commenced its inquiry today. The Chair has indicated that the Committee will file its Report timely as directed. Taking that into account, therefore, and applying Standing Order No.36 (2) to the facts as they have been narrated by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, it is my considered view that it will be in order to defer the business on Orders No.8, 9 and 10 until such time that the Joint Committee will file its Report, which is ordered and stands at Tuesday, next week. These Orders are, therefore, deferred!"
