Would it be in order that I am given seven days? You know I was incapacitated since I could not access my office up to today morning. I know that it is through a judicial notice that that happened and the Clerk of the Senate, Mr. Nyegenye, is aware that we could not even access the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) parking.
