    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we attended Jamhuri Day celebrations in Hola Stadium. The Governor, County Commissioner and I were there. While there, a most interesting thing happened. After the performances by our incredible traditional dancers - very nice dancing by the women and even some of our communities living in Tana River - a lady leading one of a nicely performing traditional dance group held the microphone and I quote what she said: “Sisi hatutaki kutumiwa vibaya.
