    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker Sir, I support the Creative Economic Support Bill 2024. I wish it had been called The Creative Economy and Innovation Support Bill, 2024. I hope at the Committee of the Whole Sen. Eddy should allow us to amend. Before I make my comments, pass my deepest condolences to one of the secular, legendary musicians from the Kalenjin Community called Solomon Manori, who just passed on the other day. My condolences to the family and friends for the untimely demise. When the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) used to broadcast from Kisumu, his songs were synonymous with it alongside Kipchamba and many others who have done their job. I did not see in this Bill how to celebrate them even by naming places, roads or Government buildings after them both county and national, because they are doing a great job.
