I propose that we should establish digital hubs at the ward level, so that the young people can walk to where Internet is and work on online jobs. That will give them opportunities and protect the creative industry, even in innovations. That is why I was proposing that the Creative Economy Support Bill should read as the Creative Economy and Innovation Support Bill."
