    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for this opportunity. I will be brief. Firstly, I would like to congratulate Sen. Eddy Oketch for such a wonderful piece of law. I congratulate him because creative economy is something that has been ignored for many years. The creative industry enables one to use their brains to build ideas into products, to make the intangible tangible but it has not been recognized in most cases. In most cases, you will find that photocopy or copy other people's ideas because you do not know where to go with your own idea.
