    "content": "Machakos County. The delegation comprises two teachers and 39 students who are in the Senate for a one-day academic exposition. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming guests to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them. On behalf of the Senate and my own behalf, I wish them a fruitful visit. I do not see the Senator for Machakos in the House. I will, therefore, delegate this to Sen. Beth Syengo, in under one minute, to extend a warm welcome to them."
