    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Motion. We should approve the Chairman and Members of the IIBRC. I say this because we, as a country, need to move forward. There is so much work ahead of us. Time is not on our side. Time is running out. I wish to take this very early opportunity to thank the Chairman and his team for the wonderful and marvelous work that they have done in interviewing more than 1,000 candidates that had applied. The reason why it has taken so long is because they wanted to be thorough. This is a question that this Parliament will have to answer. Who really should be doing the appointment and who should be doing the approving and disapproving? In the United States of America, the position is very clear. The Chief Executive of the country nominates and the Senate approves or disapproves. So, this is one issue"
