    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wanted to inform my good friend, the Senator for Kericho County, about the matter he has raised regarding injunctions issued by judges. If you read the report tabled by the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations, a petition was indeed filed by the impeached Speaker under Petition No.E001 of 2024. On page 20 of the report, the Speaker swore an affidavit where he sought an interim injunction from the courts to stop or stay the impeachment. However, the records presented before this House indicate that the honourable judge never issued any conservatory order. Therefore, the impeachment was never stayed by the court. I have"
