We wanted this House on the 17th to come and rule on because if you had accepted, this communication should have gone to Nyamira and the Assembly of Nyamira should have been in the right venue. Number two was that pending the determination of the court cases, the County Assembly resumes its normal operations in accordance with the Constitution. What is the Constitution? The Constitution is to use the right venue and the MCAs have a right to follow their Standing Orders. In the Standing Orders, there are two things that are clear.
