    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, when I was presenting, I mentioned the issue of Taita Taveta and using Standing Orders, but not limited to Standing Order No.1, I would request if you could direct that the Committee of Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations follows up on the issue of the County Assembly of Taita Taveta. This is because the acting Speaker has been acting for a while. We need to know whether how they are working is legal and we get a report to that effect. You may order so that they take over the issue."
