    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Interim Independent Boundaries Review Commission is very important in supplementing the work of the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC). As earlier indicated by the Mover of this Motion, the Commission is supposed to carry out work that was earlier under the mandate of the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK). That is why it is very important that we move expeditiously to put it in place, so that it can start work together with the IIEC."
