I need to come with the Auditor-General’s report on the Fund and the whole story behind it because I have not digested or internalised it. Therefore, I do not want to lie to the House because I am on record. Tomorrow, the same House can hold me to account. If I seek the approval of this House, I will be told what I said. With your indulgence, Madam Temporary Speaker, can we step down that issue on tobacco?
