(b) Could he state the number of persons killed in the operation, the circumstances of the deaths and the identities of the victims? (c) Could he confirm that a chemical was sprayed on herdsmen and explain what chemical it was, as well as the effects on the victims? (d) Could he further state the damage resulting from the operation and number of livestock confiscated during the operation, the owners thereof and when he will compensate the victims for the losses?"
