    "content": "Thank you, Mr Speaker, Sir. I rise to comment on the Statement raised by Sen. Agnes Kavindu Muthama about suspension of the sittings of the County Assembly of Machakos. This concerns me because yesterday, we were dealing with the case of Nyamira County Assembly where we have two parallel assembly sittings. We must rein in these county assemblies and the county governments that are not observing the rules as per the Constitution. There was a Statement yesterday that was raised by Sen. Okiya Omtatah, the Senator for Busia County, relating an unprocedural withdrawal of about Kshs19 billion from the Consolidated Fund.
