    "content": "We were with the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Hon. Oparanya, in Bungoma on Friday. He had a real test of the feeling and the suffering of the farmer in Bungoma. We visited Chesikaki Coffee Mills and Musese Coffee Mills. We had about 4,000 farmers in Chesikaki and 3,500 farmers in Musese. The Members are actually raising legitimate concerns."
