    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when I look at the answer the Assistant Minister has given, I reckon that in my district, teachers who graduated in 2000 have not been recruited by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). This is, indeed, a very serious issue. If teachers will be going to school and wait for ten years to be recruited by the TSC, are we really, as a Government, serious, in eradicating unemployment?"
